DIPLOMA PERMANENTE " CASCATE DEL FIUME LIRI "

La Sezione AriCiociaria 03-02 ( IQ0DC ) con sede in Isola del Liri (FR) in collaborazione con i Radioamatori della Provincia di Frosinone promuove un Diploma permanente a valorizzare l’attività Radiantistica ed a promuovere nel mondo la storia, la cultura e le tradizioni della Ciociaria. Perché questo Diploma? L’idea nasce dal Socio della Sezione AriCiociaria 03-02, Daniele Duro IZ0HTW , proposto al C.D. di Sezione ed immediatamente approvato.

La Storia: Isola del Liri è una cittadina del Lazio in provincia di Frosinone con circa 12.000 abitanti. Il nome deriva dal fiume Liri che l'attraversa, il quale, dividendosi in due rami forma appunto un'isola. In questa città esistono tre cascate, la prima detta “Cascata Grande”, formata dal braccio di sinistra del fiume, è alta circa 30 metri è una delle poche cascate sul pianeta a trovarsi nel centro storico di un comune.

La seconda detta "Valcatoio" formata dal braccio di destra del fiume, meno spettacolare della prima anche per la presenza di una diga che alimenta un impianto di produzione elettrica. A differenza della prima, il suo salto non è perfettamente verticale, ma segue un piano inclinato di circa 160 metri lungo un dislivello di circa 27 metri.

La terza è stata scoperta casualmente , nell’anno 1995, a causa di una voragine apertasi sulla strada statale 82 Valle del Liri , che insieme alla antica cartiera sotterranea “Lefebvre” è stata scoperta la terza cascata di Isola del Liri .

Regolamento:
Il Diploma può essere richiesto da tutti i Radioamatori ed SWL del Mondo, che dimostrino di avere collegato/ascoltato un certo numero di Radioamatori stabilmente residenti nella Provincia di Frosinone . Pertanto sono validi soltanto i collegamenti effettuati con gli operatori stabilmente residenti della Provincia di Frosinone.Per ottenere il raggiungimento del Diploma ci voglio 60 punti per i residentedella Prov. di Frosinone, 50 punti Stazioni Italiane , 30 Punti Stazioni Europee, 15 Punti Extra Europee. I punteggi sopra scritti avranno valore anche per le Stazioni SWL.

Periodo di validità: il diploma è permanente e decorre dal mese di Aprile 2013

Rilascio del Diploma:
Il Diploma può essere rilasciato in due modi, Gratuito o a Pagamento

1. A Pagamento , stampato su “carta pergamena” ed inviato via posta all’indirizzo comunicato nella richiesta stessa. Con queste modalità il richiedente dovrà effettuare un versamento di Euro €10,00 oppure $13,00 (USD) effettuando una ricarica PostPay . ( SEGUE INFORMAZIONI )

2. Gratuito , a richiesta può essere rilasciato, gratuitamente , ed inviato tramite E-Mail all’indirizzo di Posta Elettronica pervenuto, in formato PDF.

In questo caso il richiedente lo stamperà a sue spese.

Richiesta del Diploma: La richiesta del Diploma, và indirizzata a: ari0302@alice.it con allegato il Log e l’eventuale copia della ricevuta della ricarica Poste Pay effettuata.Il Diploma verrà inviato dall’Award Manager, nella modalità richiesta. Permanent Award "Cascate del Fiume Liri" ("Liri Waterfalls").

Section 03-02 AriCiociaria (IQ0DC) based in Isola del Liri (FR) in collaboration with the Province of Frosinone Amateur promotes a Diploma permanent enhance the activity Radio Amateurs and promote worldwide the history, culture and traditions of Ciociaria. Why this degree? The idea comes from the Member Section AriCiociaria 03-02, Daniele Duro IZ0HTW, proposed to C.D. of Section and immediately approved.

History: Isola del Liri is a small town in the province of Frosinone Lazio with about 12,000 inhabitants. The name comes from the River Liri running through it, which it divides into two branches form just an island. In this city there are three waterfalls, the first called "Big Waterfall", formed by the left arm of the river, is about 30 meters high is one of the few waterfalls on the planet to be in the center of a town.

The second said "Valcatoio" formed by the right arm of the river, less spectacular of the first also for the presence of a dam that feeds an electricity production plant. Unlike the first, his jump is not perfectly vertical, but follows a slope of about 160 meters along a gradient of about 27 meters.
The third was discovered accidentally, in the year 1995, due to a sinkhole opened up on highway 82 Liri Valley, which together with the old paper mill underground "Lefebvre" was discovered the third waterfall of Isola del Liri.

Rules:
The Diploma can be requested by all Radio Amateurs and SWL of the World, showing that connected / heard a number of radio amateurs are permanently resident in the Province of Frosinone. Period of validity: the diploma is permanent and starts from the month of April 2013.

Release of Award:
The Diploma may be awarded in two ways, Free or Fee
1. A payment, printed on "parchment" and mailed to the address indicated in the request. In these modes, the applicant must make a deposit of Euro € 10.00 or 13.00 $ (USD) making a charge to PostPay.

2. Free of charge, on request can be issued, free of charge, and sent through e-mail at the Mail received in PDF format.
In this case the applicant will print it at his own expense.

Request Award: The request of the Diploma, goes addressed to: ari0302@alice.it with attached Log, and any copy of the charging Poste Pay performed .Il diploma will be sent dall'Award Manager, in this way. Information: any information about the stations, in the province of Frosinone, participants to the course and any changes in regulations and otherwise, may also be taken on site:www.ariciociaria.org AWARD SCORE:in order to receive the Award, the minimum score requirement are :a minimum of 60 points among stations in the Province of Frosinone; 50 points for Italian Stations ( outsdide Prov. Frosinone ); 30 points for European Stations; 15 points Extra - European Stations. The above scoring system is also valid for SWL Stations.aaaaaii
