On 01/01/2013 The Italian Mail Service increased the costs of the envelopes wich are posted off outside Italy.

The new costs are:

Europe = € 0.85 (+ 13%)

America, Africa and Asia = € 2.00 (+ 25%)

Oceania = € 2.50 (+ 25%)

Considering the actual rate change, which is $1 = € 0.75, the minimum contribution for direct cards is:

Europe $2

America, Africa, Asia and Oceania $3
