QSL card policy : I would not like to expel paper QSL from the standpoint of global environment. After contest and digital mode QSOs , immediately I upload my contact log to the LoTW and eQSL . If you want an actual one , Please send yours by SAE with two GS or 1IRC or 10Chinese Yuan.( ! Note your IRC must be stamped by post office on left bottom corner ! ) Thank you for your cooperation.
