QSL image for K1C

NOTE:  This QRZ page refers to a club special event station run twice during 2013.

This is NOT the information for the K1C call used by one WRTC team during the IARU contest of 12-13 July 2014.

For WRTC information see http://www.wrtc2014.org    (They're apparently planning to send cards out to everybody, no QSL requst needed.)

K1C Special Event Station 30 November 2013 - 14 December 2013

K1C will be operating to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Connecticut DX Association

The CTDXA will be holding its 30th anniversary holiday QSO party on 30 November 2013. The CTDXA QSO parties are not contest events; they are mostly an excuse for our members to get on the air and make a few contacts, as well as providing an opportunity for interested hams to qualify for the prestigious CTDXA Award.

What's the CTDXA Award, you ask? Well, if you work a minimum number of current or former CTDXA members (5 CTDXA contacts required for US stations, 3 for DX station), send evidence of the contacts and three green stamps for printing and postage, and we will happily award you a serialized award certificate to commemorate the achievement. Requests should be sent to the club PO Box 277, Windsor, CT 06095, USA.

A list of some current and former members can be found at the club web page, www.bridgefacts.com/CTDXAHOME.html
