German board DVRPTR V1 online and enabled for DSTAR hot spot use ON 446.500 Mhz simplex. YOU MUST SET THE OFFSET TO PLUS + OR - MINUS WITH A ZERO SHIFT. The board will allow area dstar users to connect to any reflector by DTMF, this includes all DPLUS, XREF and DCS reflectors. The callsign is KC9WKE (MIDWEST VOIP USERS ARC) The linking software used is G4KLX and currently have 2 modules running, A and B. The A module has been reserved for personal use and is a DVAP Dongle that has a limited range of 1000 feet. This analog system can communicate with the following voip systems
1. Allstar: *3 plus allstar node number
2. Echolink: *33plus 6 digit echolink node number (read explaination on connections to el below
3. IRLP: access available upon request
4. *Dstar Digital: *You must link to an Allstar, Echolink or IRLP node that carries a dstar node. The KC9WKE system currently carries XRF901A on Allstar node 28791. You can access this by linking to 28791. All audio is sent to XRF901A via a dvdongle and the Dstar channel driver in Allstar. If you would like to converse with a friend who has dstar he would need to connect his dstar radio to XRF901A. The link can be changed upon request but normally resides on XRF901A (The Experimenters Corner)
Currently the analog node connects at noon CST to the Alaska Morning Net for one and a half hours Mon-Fri on IRLP 9109 local amateurs are welcome to partisipate.
Allstar node commands always begin with the
*3 plus ALLSTAR node number CONNECTS to ALLSTAR node ie: *327915
*1 plus ALLSTAR node numer DISCONNECTS ALLSTAR node ie: *127915
*70 CURRENT ALLSTAR NODE STATUS
*71 DISCONNECTS ALL

ALLSTAR TO DSTAR BRIDGE 28791
This node is currently bridged to Dstar XRF Reflector 901A with a DVDONGLE. If you link to this node all audio will be sent to the reflector via the dvdongle in digital DSTAR.
ECHOLINK NODE 816990
TO MAKE OUTBOUND ECHOLINK CALLS:
enter *33 plus the echolink node number you wish to connect to.
Allstar requires Echolink nodes must contain 6 digits. If the Echolink node you want has less than 6 digits, you must pad zeros prior to actual node number.
Example: to connect to EchoLink Node 2605 you must use *33002605
*33 plus padded node 002605. Because there are only 4 digits in the node number, 2 zeros are added to beginning to make the 6 digits. This is for Echolink link nodes only.
To DISCONNECT you will use *71
TO LISTEN FOR INCOMMING EL CONNECTIONS:
All incomming calls from Echolink are directed to node 28785, if you have instructed someone to connect to the MIDWEST VOIP USERS echolink node 816990 you must connect (link) to allstar node 28791 (use *328785 to connect (link). You then can talk and listen to incomming el calls.
If you would like a macro setup to connect to ANY voip node, please contact me and I will create a DTMF shortcut for you!
