Served in the US Navy for four years from 1996 to 2000. Served on USS John F. Kennedy(Big John) as an Aviation Ordnanceman in Wep/G-3 Dept. Currently serving on the Malden Fire department on Engine 1. Licensed Amatuer from May 2003 as KB1KAP. Licensed as K1LVA from August 2003 to present. K1LVA was my grandfathers call who passed away in April of 94. He had the call active since the early 50's. He also served in the USN and on the Chelsea Fire Dept. I'm active on 10m,6m,2m,1.25m,70cm,33cm and growing. Also have simplex link for Echolink on 145.770MHz DPL 131, serving theMetro Boston MA area, and is active 24/7.
