QSL POLICY:

I QSL 100% via both LOTW and eQSL. If you need an actual QSL card, please follow the procedure described below:

1) USA stations: QSL direct with an SASE.

2) Outside of USA: QSL direct with 2 (two) "green stamps" to cover return cost. Please do not send IRCs. My post office doesn't know how to procees them.
