Please QSL all my DX operations to WA4WTG. The picture was taken in July 2008 at the Saba University School of Medicine. Stephanie KD8GKM (my wife) and I were on Saba for about 7 days for our honeymoon and we just happened to stop here for a photo op. We loved the quiet island, and hope to go back to Saba. When my wife was off scuba diving on Saba, I was able to get on 6m, and I racked up over 700 QSOs in 45 countries running 100w. You can see some photos from the trip at: http://pj6-k2kw.blogspot.com/ I've traveled all over the world for work and pleasure, visiting about 35 DXCC entities on 6 continents. I'm an avid CW contester, and I rarely get on the air outside of a contest. I just put up a 40/80m inverted-V at my house, so maybe I will be a bit more active from home.My other home antenna is a 10' high 20m dipole supported by my wife's feather duster pole. These days I mostly guest op at larger stations or go on DXpeditions. Because I mainly guest op for contests, I rarely use my own callsign. My favorite contest is the CQWWCW from the DX end, as I love running pileups. From the USA, I'm a big fan of the Ohio QSO Party (4th Saturday of August), and I'm on the OhQP advisory committee. To learn about the Ohio QSO Party, visit http://ohqp.org/ I'm also active in the Michigan QSO Party, and when I have the time I love the NAQP CW, weekly NS, any other excuse to hand out some (preferably) CW QSOs. My good friend N6BT and I are co-founders of the DXpedition group we call "Team Vertical". We only use vertical antennas on the beach at strategically selected locations, and the team has collectively set over a dozen world records in the CQWWCW and WPXCW contests. Through our adventures and learning’s since 1997 (which we openly share), we've had a profound impact on the way many DXpeditions chose their operating site, and of course, antennas. We enjoy sharing what we learned in hopes of advancing the art of amateur radio. Here are some pictures and video from our latest trip to The Bahamas in November 2010 http://n6bt.com/n6bt-C6-2010-1.htm I currently work for Clearwire (Clear), a new 4G wireless company. Prior to that, I’ve been in the Cellular telecommunications industry since the late 80’s. When I took a work sabbatical in 2000-2001, I created 2 web pages. Now married with a family and kids I don't have any time to maintain them, but there's a lot of great information on them. One of these days I will clean up the sites. www.dxholiday.com(information on DXpedition rental QTHs or ham-friendly locations) www.k2kw.com (Team Vertical operations and stuff) CW Ops #80, A-1 Operator Club, ARRL Life Member, past President of the Northern California Contest Club, member SWODXA, member MadRiver Radio Club Thanks for visiting my QRZ.com page. If you are looking for a QSL card from my past DX adventures, please QSL via WA4WTG. Best regards, Kenny K2KW
