I will answer all received cards both by the bureau and direct. If you send your QSL card direct, please enclose a Self Addressed Envelope (SAE) with your QSL, IRC's or GREENSTAMP'S. Only IRC's with a HOLOGRAM will be accepted.

Cards received that do not have sufficient return funds/stamps/IRCs will be answered via the bureau.  

Due to the increased price of QSL Cards and the continuing increases in International Postage I am requesting donations be included with all direct requests whether they be from DX stations or US stations.
