I received my first call in 1960, KN4NLL, I finally passed conditional in 1963 and I recieved the call of WA4UZA.  I got busy in 1969 and updated to present license level of advanced class.  I plan to upgrade to extra in the near future.  I changed my call back to K4NLL in August 2009.  I just liked the sound of K4NLL better since that is what my call would have been if I had passed the general when I was KN4NLL.  The change was just a personal preference.  I am just getting back on the air after several years off the air because mother nature took my tower down during a violent summer storm.  I am presently running an Icom IC-7600, a Heathkit SB200, SB610, and SB 630.  Antennas are 75 meter inverted vee with the center at 70 feet, Mosley Pro 57 at about 90 feet.  I have a Shakespere fiberglass colinear at 90 feet above the Pro 57.  I would like to add a 4 element 20 meter yagi in the future or a 3 element 40 meter yagi.  I will add a 22 element 2 meter beam to the tower in the coming weeks, it will be at about 82 feet.  I am in the process of stringing a 40 meter and 160 meter inverted vee they will be about 80 feet at the center.  I have plans on continuing the overhaul of my SB-102, I hate to leave it on the shelf, it has been a dependable rig over the years.  I am looking forward to renewing some old friendships.
