Also, when time and band permits, I try to check into the Navy Amateur Radio Club net on 7.245mhz @ 7am (et) 365/yr.

Equipment: Yaesu FT-890 @ 100watts w/ an MD-100 mic and a inverted-V dipole up about 35 ft in the old pine tree beside the house. Radio Shack HTX-212 @ 45watts and a CushCraft AR270 2m/440 vert. only up about 15 ft. Icom V-8000 @ 75watts for mobile. Also operate the same equipment on the Eastern Shore of Virginia (in my Studio B, the vacation station) with a homebrew dipole and a combination of a homebrew J-pole and a CushCraft A27010S 5 element 2m/440 beam.
