Click for more detail... K5QBM is the club station for the Raytheon Employees Amateur Radio Club. The club has a fully equipped ham shack in its own building out on our ball field, with twin towers and two operating postitions. In the plant, we also manage a fully appointed Emergency Operations Center with HF, VHF and UHF facilites. Club facilities include: * 2 meter FM repeater: 147.84/147.24 Mhz (used by RACES) * Digipeater k5qbm-1 on 145.07 MHz * APRS digipeater, k5qbm-2, on 144.39 MHz * APRS h/t tracker, k5qbm-7 * On-site Weatherbug weather station; see http://weathercenter.weathernet.com/default.asp?btn=BTN_020 Club Officers: President: Gary Smith, N5SUR; VP: Don Crawford, N5MWG; Secretary/Treasurer: Lowell Allen, KD5RFD; Station Trustee: Rich, N5CSU.
