K5UZ - ELECTED DELTA DIVISION DIRECTOR-  THANK YOU ARRL MEMBERS FOR VOTING!!!

For the past three years it has been my pleasure to serve as the ARRL Delta Division Vice Director and now you have elected me ARRL Delta Division Director. I am a lifelong citizen of Batesville, Arkansas, and a registered civil engineer, currently employed with the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD).

First licensed in 1977 as WD5FUO at age 15, I have been active off and on from various QTH’s around the world, and proudly hold an extra class license. I have been active from my current QTH in Batesville, Arkansas since 1986; however now I am now constructing a new multi-two/ single op/ SO2R contest station on top of Jamestown/Hutchison Mountain a few miles South of Batesville, AR. He enjoys chasing DX with 341 DXCC entities confirmed and submitted, 5-Band DXCC, DXCC Challenge and DXCC Honor Roll. I also remain quite active with my local club and ARES/RACES group applying lessons learned in DXing and ‘testing to aid in emergency communications.

Thank you for votng K5UZ ARRL Delta Division Director!!!

Let's get on the air and have some FUN!!!
