Graves (1914-2005). Originally from Texas, Herb moved to Pine Grove, CA, where he held a previous call W6JMO from 1951-1953. Herb remained active as an shortwave operater in CW and SSB from Pine Grove until 2005. Further he served as ARRL VEC. If you have more information about Herb, please let me know.
