Hello and thanks for looking up my info.

My current station setup for HF consists of an Icom IC-7700 and a Force12 C-4 Yagi (40, 20, 15 & 10m) pictured above.  The Yagi is mounted on an eight foot Glen Martin roof top tower and sits 28 feet off the ground.  I don't run an amplifier but if I had a 72 foot tower and 5+ acres I sure would.

I'm working on my ARRL Worked All States (WAS) Award so if we made a contact I look forward to receiving your QSL card and mine is on it's way to you as well.

I was first licensed in October 2000 as KG6DVO.  I got my General ticket a couple of years after that and my Amateur Extra a couple of years after that.  I'm the owner / trustee of the 147.435 W6NUT repeater system serving most of L.A. and Orange County here in southern California.

My wife and oldest son (both pictured above) are also licensed amateurs.  Karen's call is KG6DVP and Garrett's is KI6EPS.  That photo in front of the White House was taken back in 2002 on our cross country all summer long adventure.  That's the kind of trip you maybe get to take once in a life time and what an adventure it was.  Garrett is now about 2 inches taller than I am and graduates high school this year.  My how time flys!

73 for now,

Gary Elmer
