Formerly KI6KPO.  I am now enjoying being on HF after so many years of listening to shortwave and ham radio.  I "cut my teeth" in the radio hobby as an 8 year old on a Bendix 676a AM/SW radio/phono console my parents bought in the late 1940's.  As a teen, I moved to a Lafayette HA-600A as my first radio (wish I still had it!), and the Drake SW-4A and SPR-4 shortwave receivers.  I still have a passion for the Drakes.

<><   I am the pastor of a local church and blessed to have many fellow hams in the congregation.   I served 15 years as a police chaplain with 2 different departments... and loved serving my community and country.  I am a huge baseball fan!

I'm married to my best friend and sweetheart of 30 years with two great sons.
