QTH is Auburn WA in South Puget Sound near Seattle - Tacoma. I have been licensed since 1950 and hold Amateur Extra Class license.

Rig is IC-7800. Amplifier is Alpha 9500. Antennas are SteppIR DB-18E yagi on 85 ft US Tower and BiggIR MkIII Vertical for 80M

I hold ARRL DXCC #1 Honor Roll rating on Phone and neeed only P5 for same CW rating. DXCC RTTY is now 205. I also hold 8BDXCC and 5BWAZ (all 200). DeSoto DXCC Challenge Award is at 2000 level.

I am a retired Aerospace Senior Executive and live on Lake Holm. XYL and I have been married 55 years and we have been blessed with two grown children, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren

We are 25 mi SE of Seattle at 400 ft elevation. I retired in Aug 2003 after a 46 year career in aerospace management. I have been retained periodically as a technical and management cosultant within the aerospace industry. I have been a licensed amateur radio operator since 1950 and hold an Extra Class license. Hold ARRL Nr 1 DXCC Mixed &amp;amp; Phone Honor Roll Award (need only P5 for CW Nr 1); RTTY DXCC (210) ; 8BDXCC; WPX 800 and all 200 zones in 5BWAZ award. I also received the ARRL DX Challenge Award (1900 level).&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt; &amp;lt;p&amp;gt; I am on all HF bands except 160. HF station includes an Icom IC-7800 with an Alpha 9500 linear amp and a 3 element SteppIR yagi (40 - 6M) on an 85 ft US Tower MA-850 motorized, rotating tubular tower. A SteppIR BigIR Mark III vertical handles 60 &amp;amp; 80 M.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt; &amp;lt;p&amp;gt; Other interests include family, canoeing, and bicycling. Wife Nancy tolerates ham radio. Son Doug is an aerospace VP and a retired F18 Navy squadron commander and former Top Gun instructor. Daughter Deanne and family are in Renton just 30 minutes away.
