New callsign K7RNV This is the picture of the current shack. I was first licensed in 1962 as WN9DOE, and that was a 1 year term. I am now back and received my new callsign in 2001, KG6GOA and applied for a vanity callsign K6ZOE when I made General class. HF sure is fun!!. I have worked all the States and WAC finally got the 100th country for dxcc, and since this posting, I am at 261 . I am now 66 years old . When i made extra, i requested to become a VE. My station here is running the following equipment. A Yaesu 1000mp Mark V with 200 watts , and just added a Toyko Hy-Power amplifier HL-450B. The mobile rig is a Kenwood G707A dual band 2mtrs and 440. The antennas are as follows, BB3screwdriver antenna ground mounted with a lot of radials. I have a 2 element steppir, wow what a great antenna. For 2 mtrs i have a 3 element yagi I have just added a Kenwood TS-480HX (200 watts) to the mobil with a Little Tarheel screwdriver antenna, 6mtrs to 80
73 and 88s to all.
