First licensed in Ohio in 1962 as WN8FRH. Long periods of QRT, missed too many solar cycle peaks - was finally able to get back on HF in 2001.
Spend most of my radio time chasing DX, primarily on CW and RTTY, and participating in contests. Suffer from ADD - Aluminum Deficit Disorder - with only a vertical and low dipole on a city lot - running 100/200 watts. Rely on propagation, persistence, patience, and packet.
DXCC on 80/40/30/20/17/15/12/10, CW, Phone and RTTY.
LoTW QSL preferred - I upload weekly at a minimum.
73 and CU on the bands,
I subscribe to the DX Code of Conduct.
