I have been involved in Amateur Radio and short wave listening since I was about 10 years old. I hold the following licenses ; Amateur Extra Class, General Radio Telephone Operator, GMDSS Radio Maintainers License, and a Third Class Radio Telegraph Operators Certificate. My Occupation is a Crime Scene Analyst (Police Officer) for A large Metropolitan Police Department and I am also employed by a private full service forensic laboratory in a dual role as a Crime Scene Analyst and training Officer. I have always enjoyed electronics and radio and have found that the skills I have learned in these disciplines have made my career much easier. I enjoy talking about Radio and Crime Scene work. I have found that most people are interested in what Crime Scene work is really like and I try to dispell the myths that Hollywood brings forth. I have always enjoyed learning from others and hope that I can learn something from everyone on the many bands that I enjoy working.
