Hello,

My names Dakota, Ive only been a ham for a few months (November 2012) but ive been doing alot with it. I currently have a two meter omni on a Yeasu FT-2500, 6 meter Dipole and a Kenwood Ts-60 and a dipole for my Kenwood TS-440 for my hf use. Im currently trying out mostly every aspect of the hobbie. Not only voice but im starting to use digital, and learning cw. Also I enjoy low power work, mountain toping, and are started activating lighthouses and islands.

When im in the shack im usually scanning all bands I have. When im not scanning im usually 147.045 (103.5 ) or the 146.655 (100) and mobile on 146.610 (no) or 146.520. I am also apart of the Wireless Society of Southern Maine (WS1SM) which is based in Gorham.

Outside of ham my hobbies are Railroading, Im a volunteer and the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad in Portland, also Railfan the local railroads mostly Pan Am railways, also I enjoy comupters, working on my truck, soccer, and hiking.
