Thanks for stopping in. I'm a former broadcast engineer and also a funeral director. I got out of broadcasting after an accident inside an FM transmitter (8KV Cap emptied itself through me - I got quite a charge out of that) I still do some part-time funeral work and also design and implement security/video surveillance systems. I have two sons - 18 and 15, both of whom I anticipate becoming hams. Ever-since my accident I've volunteered to work with people who, like myself, have sustained an acquired traumatic brain injury. It's a way of taking lemons and making lemonade and is very rewarding. I was also fortunate enough to be able to travel to Mississippi and Louisiana after Katrina and provide services during the early days of the disaster. I recently purchased a 1964 Scotty camper trailer, and have converterd it in to an emergency field command center.  If you get to Rochester, be sure to hop on 146.82 (100Hz tone) and look me up.
