Thank you for looking up my call. For last couple years, I have the privilege of being an

operator for the 13 Colonies Special Event as K2I for the"Colony" of New Jersey.

It is great fun and even some work. I have made over 3200 contacts for state of New Jersey for 2013! I had a great time.

Its 2014 and it starts again on July 1st at 9am est. My goal is to upload to clublog once a day. (K2I/KC2SOU )

JUST SLOW DOWN THE RETURN!!!

  I can be on any band ( not 60m)  that I can find room and at anytime day or night. I know this is an American holiday

but I will be working a lot of DX if i can hear them. So good luck !  cu down the log. ..

I RUN A KENWOOD TS-950sd AS MY MAIN SSB RIG. MIC,HEIL PRO SET. FOR DIGITAL FT 897D,

RIGBLASTER PRO. THE ANTENNAS ARE INV. L FOR 160M, AND DIPOLES FOR 80M-15M.

I WILL QSL AS WELL LOTW !!! 73 AND GOD BLESS.

 

July 2010 I had a chance to go to IOTA NA-136 (Sheffield Island) off the coast of

Connecticut. This was a mini "DXpedition" for my club W2GLQ. We had

a total of four club members participate in this event. We operated on two bands

20m and 40m. After two days we made over a 1000 qso's.
