Hello,most people call me "Pat". I'm in the town of Niskayuna,NY. I have a passion for chasing dx on 10 and 6 meters. I'm a member of Schenectady Amateur Radio Association and an ARRL member.

Favorite Bands:10m, 6m, 2m.

Other hobbies: Fishing, Bowling (scratch bowler), amateur baseball umpire (little league to college age ball).

Antennas: 3 element monoband yagi for 10m,Antron-99, Diamond X-200A, Cushcraft A50-5S 5 element beam for 6 meters, Cushcraft 11 element Yagi for 2 meters,homebrewed J-Pole for 1.25 meters and a inverted V for 10 meters.

Power: Astron RS-35M,Astron SS-30M, MFJ MightyLite and a Samplex SEC 1223.

Mobile: Radio Shack HTX-10,Kenwood TM-271A with a 5/8 wave Diamond M285S.

Portable: Wouxun (pronounced "oh-shing") KG-UVD1P 2m/1.25m version. Boafeng UV-5RA 2m/70cm

^Cushcraft A 50-5S 5 element 6 meter Yagi and 6 and 10 meter fan dipole.^

^ 3 element monoband yagi for 10m at 35 feet and an Antron A-99 for 17m,15m,12m and 10 m.Diamond X-200a for 2m/70cm FM.^

11 element yagi at 26 feet for 2m SSB. 5 element 6m yagi at 35 feet in the background.

Where it all started,well commercially anyway. Cape Cod Summer 2011.

The XYL and I mountain topping on Jay Peak Vermont Summer of 2011 (elv. 4000 ft.)

Working portable 2 meter FM simplex at Thacher State Park in the Helderberg Mountains Albany County,NY.

My good friend Abby, 13 year old Chocolate Lab, she never met a treat or tennis ball she didn't like.
