Photo: Greg - K4KO (L), Chris - KC4GNX (C) and Sam - WB4CSG (R) Hi and thank for taking the time to look up my call sign. Although my first name is James, I go by my middle name Chris. I received my Novice(w/code) on Aug. 9, 1988 at the age of 15 and was assigned KC4GNX. I then upgraded to the Technician Plus and was expecting a new 1x3 call sign, but the FCC had created the No-code Tech and so I received a brand new 2x3 call sign which was KD4FXY. I am now listed under my original call sign as a vanity call - KC4GNX. UPDATE November 2, 2008: I passed my General class exam!! It is very exciting to have the additional privileges on HF now. I will reply to all QSL cards via postal mail. UPDATE August 4, 2010: EchoLink Link Node(KC4GNX-L #415404) on Simplex 146.565(PL100) is up 24/7 and currently has a range of about 15 miles. Looking to plant a 40' tower and crown it with a GP-9 fed with FSJ4-50B. Will post updates on coverage once completed. Last modified: 2011-01-21 23:47:13, 999 bytes fetched
