QSL via LotW is prefered - I usually upload weekly, or the day after major contests. I also upload to eQSL.CC at the same time. If you need confirmation and it's not showing in either, send me an email and I will check my log.
QSL via the bureau or direct is OK. Please include return postage if direct - Postage rates will increase again in January 2013, so $2.00 US is sufficient for return postage to most countries. QSL's through the Bureau can take a long time!!
