DXers, please take a minute or two to read the DX Code of Conduct

I am the QSL Manager for my IOTA DXepedtion on Russell Island OC-137 as VK4AWX at the QTH of VK4BS who is now a Silent Key. Many thanks to the friendship of the late Jim Cunningham and he will always be remembered!!!

I am in charge of the ARRL 6th District Incoming QSL Bureau as of August 2005. The bureau is staffed by 26+ volunteers who do an amazing job. These individuals are truly dedicated and a credit to the Amateur Radio Community. If you need any bureau info please feel free to email me at any time. The ARRL 6th District Bureau web page is located at:

This year is the Centennial for the ARRL. The Centennial QSO Party starts January 1, 2014 and runs throughout the year. As a Bureau Manager, I am worth twenty (20) points, so if you hear me on the air please feel free to work me. All bureau volunteers are worth three (3) points and will be on during the QSO Party. Aproximate times and frequencies are on our web page listed above. Hope to see you all in the QSO Party.

Full information on the ARRL Centennial QSO Party is at:

QSL via LotW is prefered - I usually upload weekly. I also upload to eQSL.CC at the same time. If you need confirmation and it's not showing in either, send me an email and I will check my log. I also upload monthly and I accept QSL requests through the Club Log OQRS system.

QSL via the bureau or direct is OK. Please include return postage if direct - Postage rates have increased again so $ 2.00 US is sufficient for return postage to all countries. Stateside QSL requests please include SASE. QSL's through the Bureau can take a long time!!
