My interests include rock climbing, canoeing, and outdoor adventures. My wife, who is also a HAM, and I like to travel to different parts of the world. We have lived in Iran and Saudi Arabia. We have traveled throughout Europe in the 70s, and spent three weeks in China in 1997. Amateur Radio has always interested me since my days in the Navy in the early to mid 60s. Since our family is fully grown we have now found time to spend some of it in amateur radio. We both passed our tech in early November 2000 and both are now Generals. We are both active in the local Club Clark County Amateur Radio Club (W7AIA) and also in ARES. I am running a Kenwood TS-930S With a 3 element yagi on a 40 foot tower. I have MFJ deluxe Versa Tuner II.

I enjoy ragchewing as well as DXing if possible.  I will send QSL to anyone I contact. Would appreciate a respones if possible.
