Interest in ham radio actually sprung from using marine radios, my brother and I fish alot and wanted to "stay in touch".. after marine radios I decided to check out getting a ham license and my wife,son and I got our tickets (my brother has yet to).Run Motorola gear in all our vehicles,boat and my Echolink node (#259040).Also run a few Yaesu's. HF rig is Kenwood TS-120. The wife and I are both electricians and enjoy horses,fishing and camping.She has 4 horses and I have 90, on the back of my boat. Enjoy working the ISS and sats on voice and packet.
