My name is Jeremy, and I'm from a small town Wakefield, MI. I have been involed with Marty's Goldenaires Drum and Bugle Corps from 2006 to present (http://www.martysgoldenaires.org/ ),and my all time hero was my GrandFather Robert Balduc WW2 VET http://wwiimemorial.com/registry/search/pframe.asp?HonoreeID=2095125&popcount=3&tcount=26.I earned my Technician class license on 12-16-2010 all in one day sitting. I have been into radios since i was 16 yrs of age and been loving the interest of Amateur Radio since. I currently work 70 cm,10Meter SSB and also work 2 meter fm(Icom v8ooo,MFJ 6-Meter SSB Transceiver,Motorola Astro Xts 3000 P25 Digital HT, Wouxun KG-UVD1P.You will find me either on the local Blackjack 2-meter repeater, 146.760(CA) stationed in the picturesque hills of Bessemer, MI.,The Ironwood repeater 146.805 (110.9)K9MLD,the 147.165 (PL 110.9) on the LSAC 1 (Lake Superior Amateur Coalition) in Hurley, WI and lastly the WECOMM repeater, 145.130 (PL 114.8) in Sayner, WI. For all you new Hams

Technician operators are limited to 200 W PEP power output on these HF frequencies:
3525-3600 kHz CW only
7025-7125 kHz CW only
21,025-21,200 kHz CW only
28,000-28,300 kHz RTTY, CW and Data
28,300-28,500 kHz CW, SSB

 

At all times, transmitter power must be the minimum necessary to carry out the desired communications. Unless otherwise noted, the maximum power output is 1500 watts PEP.
All classes are limited to 200 watts PEP in the 80, 40, and 15 meter Novice/Technician Plus subbands. Geographical power restrictions apply to the 70 cm, 33 cm and 23 cm bands.
