My name is Jeff and I was licensed as a tech in 1993. I upgraded to general in 2009 and plan on taking the extra exam later this year.

I use a Yaesu FT-101EE & an Icom IC-718 with a G5RV sloping from a TV tower (45')to an old oak tree (20').

I'm now using an Icom 746 with an OCFD @ about 30'.

The IC-718 will be the heart of an EMCOMM in the near future.

For 10 meters, I use a President HR-2510 on a copy of the old M-400 Starduster Antenna on a crank up tower @ 45'.

I also have a Kenwood TR-751A for 2 meter SSB with a homebrew (old TV antenna) 5 element antenna right at 25'.

I prefer to receive QSL cards in the mail & will QSL 100%, but I also update LOTW and eQSL regularly. If you don't receive a QSL card from me, just send me an email with the QSO info and your correct mailing address and I'll get one out to you right away.
