Welcome to my page. I am a father of 4 and currently work for my local school district driving a school bus. I am new to amateur radio, having gotten my ticket in 2006, but am loving every minute of it.

My 4 kids are starting to get interested in amateur radio and I am working with my oldest to get his ticket. I am hope that in the near future that all 4, plus my wife will be operators and on the air.

I am the Emergency Coordinator for our counties ARES program and also the director for a national emergency response organization and our counties CERT program. Since high school my life outside of work and family has been dedicated to helping others.

Myself, along with members of our ARES program are in the process of building and placing into service a new 2 meter repeater for our county. We are also working on several other repeaters and digital formats to be used in supporting emergency operations in, around and going through out county.
