I am new to HAM radios. Finally gave up on the CB, just to much trash on the airwaves. HAM Radio Rocks!!! We are in Henderson, NV just south of "THE STRIP" I plan to get my General when time allows (soon I hope). I would love to help and volunteer someday way out in the sticks mobile. Just got a Icom706MKIIG and a Comet UHV-6.

I also LOVE DRAG RACING, Mustangs, and of course my Family #1.

I also support THE MDA (Jerry's KIDS), my son has DUCHENNE MD. He is 10 and hasn't slowed down yet.

We also support THE SUSAN G COMEN Breast Cancer ASSN. My wife battled with breast cancer and WON!!!!!! It's great to have her around.
