Fred Cady is Professor Emeritus in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Montana State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Canterbury, NZ, and is a Senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. His teaching career of 40+ years was spent helping EE students learn basic and complex electrical engineering topics. He garnered many teaching awards and has published five textbooks on microcomputers.
