Retired research chemist. Started Ham radio in earnest in September 2002 and earned my extra in April 2003. I am a member of the Mount Diablo K6MDD D-Star network and normally monitor channel A.  I normally operate a IC9100 but I have recently installed a Hotspot at the QTH and use an IC92AD to communicate with it when roaming.
