If you're looking me up on QRZ, there's a good chance its because I'm finally forcing myself to learn CW. Made my first contact a couple weeks ago (5-1-2013).

Current HF Equipment:

Yaesu FT-101EE, 100w (or QRP 5w most of my CW contacts)

Turner U9S Vintage Microphone

Dipole (40m & 20m only) at 25 feet, oriented E-W for N-S Radiation.

Equipment on the gound:

40' Aluma Crank up & Classic 33 Tri-Band 3-element beam.

Current VHF Equipment:

ADI AR-147 2-meter mobile/base

Yaesu FT-60R Handheld

2-Meter Arrow Stacked Yagi

Other Projects

Hammarlund HQ-129x

It works intermittently, but could use a cap replacement and a new face plate
