Hi & thanks for stopping by!

My enjoyment in ham radio is HF - particularly chasing DX and contesting.  I operated fixed, mobile, and portable stations exclusively from Texas prior to 2005.  From 2006 to 2010 my operating QTH included Wisconsin, Texas, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.  2010 brought me back to Texas where I am currently working on new stations for home and contesting.

My friend Bill, N5LYG and I try to activate an island from Texas for the IOTA contest every year since 2001.

QSL routes for past IOTA contests are as follows:

2001 thru 2003 NA-143 Galveston Is. via KM5VI.

2004 thru 2006 IOTA contest from NA-143 Galveston Is., NA-092 Mustang Is. and NA-092 N. Padre Is. are via N5LYG. http://n5lyg.org/amateur/iota/iota.html

2007 IOTA contest from NA-092 N. Padre Is. via KM5VI. http://n5lyg.org/amateur/iota/iota2007.html

2008 IOTA contest from NA-143 Galveston Is. via N5LYG.

2009 IOTA contest from NA-143 Galveston Is via N5LYG.

2010 IOTA contest from NA-143 Galveston Is via KC8EO.

2011 IOTA contest from NA-143 Galveston Is via W5KAM.

QSL via LOTW, W5 Bureau, or direct. No return postage = no response (sorry).
