Please send all requests for QSL cards either direct or via the KP2 Buro.  If you send a card direct, please enclose a self-addressed envelope, as well as a postage stamp, a green stamp, or an IRC properly stamped at the Post Office of origin.  Please note that the current IRCs will expire on December 31, 2009.  Please also note that I do not exchange eQSLs, nor do I participate in LOTW.
