My former callsign was KC9NIY with KT9B effective 4/21/2009

The picture on the QSL card is of the Delta Queen on the Ohio River.  The motorcycle is my Honda Sabre 1100cc.  The picture was taken near my QTH.

My station consists of a Yaesu FT-897D into a Butternut HF9V ground mounted with 28 radials running as far as I could run them. 

I was first licensed in the early "70's" as a general class but let the license expire.  I got the bug again in 2008 took the technician and general in April of that year.  I upgraded to extra in 2009.  I'm generally found on 80m-17m and enjoy SSB phone as well as CW, PSK, RTTY and sometime SSTV.  I'm a VEC as well as the ARES EC and Asst RACES EC for Warrick County IN.

I'm an economist and business owner by trade.  I'm a Deacon at First Christian Church in Newburgh and a ride captain with the Indiana Patriot Guard Riders. My wife Ann is a RN, CRNI, FCN.
