Contrary to popular belief and rumors from another adjacent contest station we are not associated with project HAARP. KW1AM has never caused tectonic movement or modified the worlds magnetic field. We neither confirm or deny that we are responsible for global warming, droughts, hurricanes, or any other form of wx warfare. KW1AM has been known to affect a small number of returning operator's brains, However the reports of vaporizing the front ends of local K2s cannot be confirmed. We are the largest "Angle Music"interest group in the "Poverty Pocket" of Connecticut.The Connecticut AM Society was formed to further the "Ways and How's"of Advanced Modulation. The Society is a nonprofit organization funded by donations from individuals worldwide. Our interest include: contesting, home brewing, vintage equipment restoration, WSJT, moon bounce, and other weak signal modes, including strapping AM.
