Born and raised in New Mexico, I moved to Arizona in 1976. My first Amateur call was WN7NCX issued in 1976. Later this call was changed to WB7NCX and then KW7D in 1983 as I upgraded my license class. I have operated in Mexico under XE1XRM and in Sierra Leone under 9L1PG. I retired in 1998 and returned to my home state of New Mexico where I spend many hours catching up on Amateur Radio activities. Active on both SSB and CW, but I prefer CW.
