Hello

My name is Håkon Andreassen and I currently live in Moss, which is a town situated some 60 km south of Oslo, the capital city of Norway.

I was born in 1943 and I have experienced a lot during my life. I sailed the seven seas as an able seaman for many years, visiting places all over the world. . But now i am retired after my 67 year age and get my pension , my main interest is to reading the Holy Bible, and live life according to the written word . But otherwise , i have interest in language as appropriate to the Radio hobby.

I have always been interested in radio communication, and I have been on the air for many years, I get my callsign in 05-05-1997 ,but it wasn't until 1998 that I received my full, A-class radio callsign - LA1YKA after CW-Examinaion.I am proud of that achievement, as I find it hard to concentrate when I am reading - also a result of the traffic accident some years ago. You will often find me on the airwaves, and the band which I find most interesting at the moment is the 18 MHz band ("17 meters"). If you send to me direct please 1 IRC if not, no answer . I am also answer always SWL-liserners via the bureau , but direct only answer with 1.IRC or 2.dollar to the post. Work more and 150 country mix mode DXCC at 05-09-2008 The new is i have new ant for 5 different band MA5B Beam for 20-17-15-12-10m . I am also conected to APRS--Echolink--E-QSO--FRN--Network--active also on BPSK-31 some time

I Have now a new Homepage write down on this page !
