The LD call sign was dedicated to mark the end of Maritime CW. Former Norwegian Radio Officers were permitted to use LD prefix. The operation took place April 9,10 and 11 1999. I worked 1200 qso's - CW only of course! Also JX9SN, TF/LA9SN, OY/LA9SN, LI9SN, LA9SN, LA9SN/p, 3G0YP/3G0YM and CE6/LA9SN.
