NORGE 1814 (NORWAY 1814) AWARD:

Any licensed amateur radio operator or shortwave listener (SWL) worldwide can apply for this award. In order to qualify it is required that:

  1. Applicants from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Åland, Iceland and the Faroe Islands contact or hear (SWL) at least 112 different Norwegian amateur radio stations (LA-LN), of which at least 56 operates with the special prefix LI or LJ.

  2. Applicants from other European countries contact or hear (SWL) at least 56 different Norwegian amateur radio stations (LA-LN), of which at least 28 operates with the special prefix LI or LJ.

  3. Applicants from outside Europe (DX) contact or hear (SWL) at least 28 different Norwegian amateur radio stations (LA-LN), of which at least 14 operates with the special prefix LI or LJ.

  4. All contacts and listening reports must be made in the period 1 January 2014 at 0000 UTC – 31 December 2014 2400 UTC.

100 LA AWARD: Worked 100 Norwegian amateur radio stations:

Any licensed amateur radio operator or shortwave listener (SWL) worldwide can apply for this award:

  1. 100 two-way radio contacts with different LA/LB/LC stations after 1st January 1984 are required.

  2. All valid amateur bands can be used with 10, 18 and 24 MHz only after 1st January 1989.

  3. The award is issued for CW, Phone, Digital or Mixed modes.
