My main antenna is the Collins antenna ( see diagram below). It is installed, and working too.

I will transmit on 1822, 3505 and 7005. My call will be LU5YF / V. FF61AC ( 0900 to 1030 UTC) .

I have installed a vertical with elevated radials for top band.

Today I have installed a Beverage antenna, pointed to 278 from my location. In fact, you can see on qrz.com where is located the near end point of the antenna, respect your station.

Reception: Low pass Preselector,Loop.

On roof, first magnetic loop experience.

Close up : Five turns of litz cable per each side, 2 x 410 capacitor tune.

Close up II : Inner loop connected to RX.

Close up III : Installed and working under roof. A rotatable loop for top and 80 mts band, a nice option for urban places.

L1: 90 turns, 2mm electrical cable

L2: 30 turns, 2mm electrical cable, over L1.

Is not necessary a metal box. For Top Band, use all L1, and middle wound to ground.

Anyway, it depends of total antenna size, feeder size, etc.

A error: Isnt 600 ohms, it means 503 ohms.

Modes: I prefer CW, but I have SSB and digital also.

I shall confirm all QSO`s via direct.

I send a pack once monthly.

Pse, three dollars is enough. One IRC is enough.

Thank you!
