Please an SAE is required to have your card sent directly back you. QSL requirement SAE + 2 Green Stamps I regret having to do this, but the mailing cost has become just too expensive. I will QSL 100% to those needing a card, on the other hand if I send you a card with SASE, I expect a QSL card in return, hi!

I prefer direct QSL method. FYI Argentine Bureau is working at a very "very" slow rate during last years
