I have made the exam for getting the licence in  december 1990 and since april 1991 I'm holder of the call " LX1AX " . Still love this wonderful hobby. I enjoy DX-ing from the time as I was a kid playing with my CB Radio a HY GAIN III on AM and later as a young boy I became an President Jackson with that I begun to work on SSB that was in the 70's and begining 80's.

 

Working Conditions:

Main Rig : ICOM IC 7800 with microfon Icom SM 50

Antenna: OB9-5 from OPTIBEAM ( for 20,17,15,12,10m ) only at 15 m up and 320 m a.s.l.

HF2V from Butternut ( for 40,80m )

Amplifier: Expert 1K-FA from SPE

Back-Up Rig : ICOM IC 7400
