I have been interested in radio since the mid 1970's but only became licensed in 2000, getting the quad up in 2009 made a huge difference on the high bands. My next project is to get alot better station on 40/80/160m if I can find the time. Here are some pictures below of my QTH and antenna system.Current equipment is a Kenwood TS870S, Heil PR40 mic, Linear Amp UK Challenger 3 amp, 4 element quad(home-brew) for 17,20m(5 ele on 10,12m) @ 23 metres high & a 140 metre long-wire.
