Secondary mast with H/B 6m 4 ele LFA 2013

Main Mast 2013 shown with 30m Delta Loop

H/B 2 element DK7ZB 24Mhz Beam Also a good bird perch!

Close up of the DK7ZB match & the feathered visitors (what will these chaps do when I am gone? The boom on this 12 Ohm fed 2 element Antenna is only 19" long. This gives a very narrow band width which is fine for 12m it has a great F/B and good gain.

I Feared things may come to abrupt halt when the tractor turned up. Willy owns the land and I had permission to have the mast up but he in turn leases the fields and was not aware they were planning cut them. After some carefull negotatiating and a detailed explantion of amateur radio all was well and he kindly agreed to work around me !!!, Great co-operation.

As always great to meet up with Channel Island DX'er Mathieu in his super wine shop in St Aubins. What a great location he has has for work!
