All direct and Bureau QSL cards received to date have been replied too. A big thank you to all those that supplied some contribution towards postage which has been a big help. Postage costs in England have risen since my last trip to Jersey. .

Close up of the DK7ZB match & the feathered visitors (what will these chaps do when I am gone? The boom on this 12 Ohm fed 2 element Antenna is only 19" long. This gives a very narrow band width which is fine for 12m it has a great F/B and good gain.
I Feared things may come to abrupt halt when the tractor turned up. Willy owns the land and I had permission to have the mast up but he in turn leases the fields and was not aware they were planning cut them. After some carefull negotatiating and a detailed explantion of amateur radio all was well and he kindly agreed to work around me !!!, Great co-operation.
As always great to meet up with Channel Island DX'er Mathieu in his super wine shop in St Aubins. What a great location he has has for work!
