NØNSA is the call sign for the Nights Øf Naught Shortwave Association, a fraternal organization of the Øughtian Empire. Membership in the Nights of Naught Shortwave Association is awarded by authority of the Emperor upon unanimous recommendation of the Imperial Senate. This membership and honorary title of "Cipher" is given in recognition of meritorious service to the public and the acknowledgement of conspicuous contributions of extraordinary effort in upholding the finest traditions of Amateur Radio.
