I will make an effort to upload my logs periodically to the ARRL for your LoTW confirmation. I currently do not accept eQSL.
My "radio career" began at an early age as I vividly remember getting my first pair of walkie talkies as a Christmas gift around age 5. During the late seventies, and after several sets of walkie talkies and several years later, I hijacked an old CB radio from the family car. DXing has always been my passion. From the early days of hearing those distant signals on 11 meters to present day, there is still magic in being able to talk to somebody half way around the world. Over the course of the last 20+ years I’ve managed to achieve DXCC Honor Roll only needing 3Y0/B, KP1 and a good 7O. I've also been an active DX cluster sysop since the early days, putting my first node on the air in 1994 and today keeping busy with the DX Central website (http://www.dxcentral.com). I am also the DX Columnist for World Radio magazine. Recently I have taken up the hobby of traveling to tropical islands. The benefit is that I get to play radio while my wife escapes the daily grind for a while. In fact, we both enjoy the escape so much that we’re currently building a DX rental QTH on the island of Bonaire (http://www.villadesertpalm.com). I've also had the good fortune of being able to operate a few contests from "The Other Side". So if you happen to hear me on the air, please stop and say "HI".
